Townsville GMSV in Townsville is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a qualified and seamless experience. You will manage bookings, explain servicing needs, prepare repair orders, and liaise with workshop technicians.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide progress updates, prepare estimates and invoices, resolve customer inquiries, and promote recommended maintenance while upholding exceptional customer satisfaction.
