Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking an experienced Chief Steward & Food Safety Manager to lead our stewarding operation and uphold the hotel’s food safety standards across kitchens, restaurants, bars, banquets and rooms. This newly created role aims to establish an in-house stewarding function, build a high‑performing team and embed best practices in food safety.
