Department of Health Tasmania – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead and clinically oversee three small acute community mental health services. You will provide triage, assessment and brief interventions for adults with acute mental health concerns, working with emergency services, EDs, consumers and families to develop trauma-informed treatment plans that promote recovery.
