Baker & CO is seeking an experienced part-time Pharmacist for our Frankston store, specializing in aged care. You will manage aged care dispensing, coordinate with nursing staff and prescribers, and perform general community pharmacy duties as needed.

Applicants must hold AHPRA registration and have at least one year of aged care experience, with solid attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This is a part-time role at our Frankston location.
