About the role

This role is more than just answering phones and processing orders. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, works with urgency, and genuinely wants to help customers.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and the wider Customer Service team to support customers, manage enquiries, coordinate quotes and orders, and help drive a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders and supporting quotations
- Providing product and technical support
- Working with Sales to support customer outcomes
- Resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Supporting a fast-paced team setting
- Building strong customer relationships





What we're looking for

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Plumbing, industrial, or trade supply experience is highly regarded but not essential
