Bundaberg Hospital is seeking a Clinical Director of Emergency Medicine to provide strategic, operational, and skilled leadership for the ED. You will work with two Deputy Directors and report to the Executive Director of Bundaberg Hospital and Rural Facilities, while aligning with the Director of Medical Services for the Wide Bay HHS.

You will lead clinical staff including Senior Medical Officers, Visiting Medical Officers and Resident Medical Officers, focusing on high-quality patient
