Mercy Health is seeking a dynamic Clinical Services Director to lead the Medical and Subacute team in a full time capacity at Mercy Hospital in Werribee. You will provide patient-centred care, lead multidisciplinary teams and drive reforms in the model of care to improve outcomes for patients and staff.

You will oversee governance, quality and clinical performance, ensuring robust accountability and continuous improvement across services including Surgical, GEM and Women’s and Children’s
