Omnia Community Health in Victoria is seeking a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality assessments and interventions for adults from diverse backgrounds. The role covers centre-based appointments, telehealth, home visits and community services, supporting clients funded through CHSP, HACC, NDIS and Home Care Packages while collaborating with families and health professionals.

You will supervise junior clinicians and students, contribute to service improvement, and help meet health
