Commonwealth Bank is seeking people to progress their careers in Fraud & Scams. All roles are full time (38 hours per week) with a rotating roster 6am–12:15am, 7 days a week, based at our office in South Eveleigh, Sydney.
In-office attendance for training is required, then hybrid work with a mix of home and office hub days. This is a phone-based role supporting customers who are victims of card fraud and scams, delivering excellent service while handling high volumes and emotionally charged
