Westpac is seeking an AI Support Engineer to lead end-to-end agentic AI solutions on AWS, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to deploy, test, and support production workloads. You will own the workplace, drive incident resolution, and uplift team practices with coaching and robust engineering standards.

You will monitor AI systems for accuracy, cost, and latency, and promote secure-by-design practices across the SDLC.
