South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clozapine Nurse in Bankstown to coordinate initiation, monitoring and management of clozapine services for consumers with complex mental health needs.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based, recovery-oriented care throughout the treatment journey, with opportunities to lead coordination and delivery of clozapine services in the community setting.
