CBRE Group, Inc. is recruiting a Senior Facilities Manager for a landmark Sydney project near Tech Central. You will lead operational readiness, manage complex building services, and guide the team from practical completion through stabilisation and early operation.

You will oversee CAPEX projects, sustainability targets and risk management while coordinating with contractors, tenants and the delivery team to ensure a seamless occupier experience.
