Fitter and Turner- Maintenance, Pump Repair

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable fitter and turner to join our team. Tennyson Engineering are a small business, however we deal with many local and national companies in the petro-chem industry.

Our experienced fitter is looking for the right employee to work with him, develop relationships with our customers and advance their skills within our business. Experience with pump repair is essential, preferably Ebsray.

Minimum 5+ years of pump repair experience is preferable.

Off-site work is a large part of the position- whether it be daily site visits or short term contracts with other companies which may take you out of the workshop for periods of time. Professionalism and reliability is a must.

The right person for the job must:

- be mechanically minded
- be a excellent problem solver
- be able to work independently and use initiative
- enjoy what they do
- have a positive attitude

Other essentials:

- Proficiency on Lathe and Milling Machines
- Current Drivers Licence
- Permanent resident status is required
- Welding experience would also be highly favourable.
