You will assess a high volume of residential development applications, provide specialist advice, and prepare detailed assessment reports to facilitate timely approvals and positive outcomes for the community.

The role requires a degree in Building/Planning/Architecture or related discipline, solid communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
