Citywide is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our supportive IT team. Whether you're a recent graduate, early in your IT journey, or bring existing Service Desk experience, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot issues, assist users with Microsoft 365 and business systems, and help keep our teams connected and productive.
