Production Operators | Forklift Licence | Bayswater

Looking for hands-on work with a outstanding crew? Transcend Workforce is seeking Production Operators with a forklift licence to join our client in Bayswater, manufacturing conveyor belts for the mining industry. You’ll learn to operate brand-new hydraulic machinery in a positive, encouraging environment, with supportive team leaders helping you learn the ropes and feel part of the team

Available shifts

- AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm - $35.12 per hour
- Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am -$45.65 per hour
- Meal break are paid.

About the role

- Operating industrial hydraulic machinery and production equipment
- Feeding rubber, fabric and steel-cord materials into machines
- Monitoring machinery and adjusting settings when required
- Measure, cut and prepare conveyor-belt materials.




- Check product quality and complete basic paperwork.
- Move materials with a gantry crane and forklift
- Cleaning machinery and maintaining a tidy work area
- Following strict safety procedures and production targets

About you

- Current forklift licence is essential or willing to get one.
- Come from a manufacturing background
- Polymer and rubber experience desirable.
- Good attention to detail and communication skills.
- A reliable, safety-focused team member.
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Be available to work 5 days a week
