Light & Wonder in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Studio Lead / Office Manager to run the Lightning Box studio day-to-day. You’ll support designers, artists, and engineers by ensuring smooth operations, facilities, and procurement, while maintaining a vibrant studio culture.

You’ll report to the VP of Game Studios NorAm and collaborate with HR, IT, and regional teams to align on health, safety, and workplace policies. A robust pro-active mindset and excellent communication are essential.
