Our client is a large, highly regarded organisation delivering complex projects and services across major enterprise environments.

The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a delivery-focused Project Delivery / Project Controls Coordinator to support project teams with the methodology, tools, schedules, reporting and controls required for successful delivery.

Based in Perth, you will work closely with project and program managers, internal functions and client stakeholders to keep deliverables, timelines, financials, risks and reporting on track.

Experience supporting large mining and resources clients would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Project Methodology

- Support delivery teams with project methodologies, processes, tools and templates
- Maintain project deliverables matrices and coordinate quality assurance activities
- Support effective governance and controls throughout the project lifecycle

Project Controls & Scheduling

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Manage dependency linking, critical path analysis and resource balancing




- Baseline schedules and track deviations through approved change control
- Develop timelines and workplans to support day-to-day program and project management
- Maintain transparent visibility of milestones, risks and delivery status

Project Financials & Reporting

- Support project financial management from proposal through to completion
- Maintain forecasts, project reporting and delivery tracking
- Monitor progress against agreed plans and provide accurate status information

Stakeholder Coordination

- Support projects throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Coordinate across internal functions including Back Office and Workforce Planning
- Work effectively with internal teams and external client stakeholders
- Communicate project timelines, progress and priorities clearly to stakeholders and sponsors

What Our Client Requires

Essential

- Experience in project delivery, project coordination, PMO or project controls
- Strong project scheduling, tracking and reporting capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders

Highly Regarded

- Experience supporting large mining and resources clients
- Delivery operations or project controls experience
- Risk management capability
- Experience engaging stakeholders across cross-functional teams
- Exposure to change management approaches
