City of Ryde is seeking a Customer Service Officer - Waste to deliver high-quality customer service across multiple channels and support waste and recycling enquiries for our community. You will process service requests, assist with quotes and invoices, and help ensure waste services meet community expectations.

You’ll collaborate with the Resource Recovery team, maintain records, and participate in community events as part of a agile council team during the exciting FOGO rollout.
