Kingspan is a global leader in sustainable water and energy solutions, and we're looking for a customer focused Technical Sales Officer to join our Commercial Sales team in Hazelmere. If you enjoy solving technical problems, building customer relationships, and turning enquiries into successful sales outcomes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is an office-based role working closely with customers, resellers, internal teams and industry professionals to provide technical advice, prepare quotations, and manage sales orders for our market leading water storage solutions.
About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the sales process from enquiry through to order completion.
About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Previous sales experience within the building, construction, manufacturing,
plumbing or related industries
- Ability to interpret hydraulic drawings and technical specifications
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Office 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Passion for sustainability and water management solutions
