- Frankston South /n Village Baxter is looking for a highly skilled and experienced EN who likes some variety in their work, with good availability to cover planned leave over December and January. /n We are seeking a skilled and caring EN to assist residents within our large independent living village (415 units). The successful candidate will demonstrate a capacity to work both independently and within a supportive team structure. Alignment with the Village Baxter mission, vision and values is significant to us, especially a commitment to the provision of quality care. This role would suit someone who brings a calm demeanour, a can-do attitude, ability to work under pressure and exceptional people skills. /n Experience in a community and aged care facility environment is essential, along with an unrestricted driver's licence.



A vehicle is provided to enable travel around the Village to respond to emergency calls, as required. /n Overnight, our Village Nurse is based in our 64-bed Aged Care Facility providing care and support for Manor residents while also being available to respond to any emergency pages as needed. /n Pay is weekly, and as a charity we are able to offer generous tax-free salary packaging for our staff. /n Please be advised that all employees will undergo a police check arranged by the Village and must provide evidence of current seasonal influenza vaccination. /n When applying, ensure that your cover letter indicates your availability and that your resume clearly outlines your relevant qualifications, experience and skills. /n No agencies please. /n Position Description
