You will produce fresh bakery items for guests and locals, integrating food safety standards and high-volume production into daily operations. As part of the culinary team, you'll collaborate to maintain quality, manage stock and ingredients, and support the bakery's daily production while embracing island hospitality and an in office accommodation package.
