Job Description
Must Have

Skills:
- Fenergo CLM Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in production support, issue analysis, and Fenergo .
NET code development. The role requires hands‑on expertise in Fenergo configuration, workflows, rules, and .
NET solution, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex business and technical issues in a live workplace.
- Minimum 5 years of functional expertise on Fenergo v8 (FenE) CLM product.




- Knowledge in end-to-end customer lifecycle management journey.
- Working experience on Fenergo base application code – should be well versed in debugging and troubleshooting code in .net.
- Must have hands‑on experience in developing functional requirements/ small business enhancements through Fenergo application code.
- 5+ year of experience in .net C# development.
- Experience in developing REST/SOAP APIs and third‑party integrations.
- Experience in SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
- L3 Support experience in Incident and Problem Management.
- Experience in Banking domain, Financial Crime, Anti Money Laundering, KYC, CDD, EDD, Customer Lifecycle Management
- Nice to have:-Experience with Fenergo upgrades or migrations
- Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Azure or cloud environments
- Experience working in agile delivery models
