Barista / Supervisor Wanted – Local Cafe (Keysbrough)
We are looking for an experienced, reliable Barista / Supervisor to join our friendly team in Melbourne.
About the role
- Prepare high-quality coffee and cafe drinks
- Deliver great customer service
- Assist with daily cafe operations and supervise shifts
- Manage staff flow, opening/closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness, stock, and quality standards
- Work closely with the owner to keep the cafe running smoothly
What we need
- Previous barista experience in Melbourne cafes
- Experience in a supervisor or shift leading role
- Solid English communication skills
- Available to work at least 4–5 days per week
- Must be available to work weekends and peak periods
- Australian work rights
- Punctual, responsible, positive, and team-oriented
