We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, reliable, and friendly dental assistant to join our dental practice in the Canterbury (NSW 2138). This is a casual position available Saturday only.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing chairside assistance to the dentist during dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
- Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining dental instruments in accordance with infection control standards
- Maintaining a clean, protected and organised clinical environment
- Assisting with the smooth running of daily clinical operations
- Providing friendly and professional care to patients
About You
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
- Good English communication skills are essential
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Friendly, professional and able to work well within a team
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
