We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Manager who can work within a energetic and high performing environment to join the team in IGA DENHAM.

Key duties will include but not limited to:

- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring appropriate merchandise availability, effective store presentation and consistent customer service standards.
- Coordinate supplier relationships, procurement schedules and inventory replenishment by analysing sales trends, customer demand and stock movement to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Develop pricing strategies and coordinate promotional campaigns, special offers and product displays to improve sales performance and maintain market competitiveness.
- Analyse sales results and customer purchasing patterns to optimise merchandise selection, identify growth opportunities and improve overall store performance.
- Monitor sales records, inventory reports, supplier invoices and operating expenses, and prepare budgets and financial forecasts to support cost management and profitability.
- Manage staff recruitment, induction, training,



work allocation and performance evaluation to maintain adequate staffing levels and ensure efficient store operations.
- Establish and monitor procedures for product handling, storage, workplace safety and store hygiene, ensuring compliance with relevant food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

The Role:

 Key Requirements:

 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field is required

 Outstanding communication skills and attention to details.

 Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication

 Availability to work hospitality hours

 Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised

 Experience working in a customer focused, high-volume business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 3 years (Preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
