Relight Your Care is a family-owned, registered NDIS provider seeking compassionate professionals to join our growing team.

Occupational Therapist

- Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
- Support daily living skills, independence and community participation.
- Assess assistive technology and home modification needs.
- Hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.

Behaviour Support Practitioner

- Conduct functional behaviour assessments.
- Develop and review positive behaviour support plans.
- Provide practical guidance and training to families and support teams.
- Have relevant qualifications, experience and NDIS Commission suitability to deliver behaviour support.

Clinical Lead — 70% Client Load / 30% Leadership

We’re seeking an experienced allied health professional or Behaviour Support Practitioner who enjoys direct client work and leading a team.





- Maintain a 70% client load, delivering assessments and interventions within your professional scope.
- Dedicate 30% of the role to clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring and service development.
- Oversee clinical quality, documentation and person-centred practice.
- Support staff development and collaboration across the team.
- Hold relevant qualifications and professional registration or practitioner suitability, with demonstrated clinical leadership experience.

✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
✅ A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
