Analyse telecommunications network performance, capacity and system issues, identifying technical deficiencies and recommending appropriate solutions to improve network reliability and performance.

- Plan and assess telecommunications infrastructure requirements for new and existing sites, taking into consideration site conditions, geographical factors, network requirements and anticipated service demand.
- Develop and implement technical solutions for telecommunications infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, network enhancements and restoration of telecommunications services.
- Assess telecommunications system and infrastructure requirements and contribute to the planning, design and implementation of network expansion and improvement projects.
- Conduct technical analysis and feasibility assessments relating to telecommunications infrastructure, equipment and network performance.
- Coordinate and undertake testing, commissioning and systems integration activities for newly installed and upgraded telecommunications systems.
- Evaluate network performance and investigate complex telecommunications equipment and network issues, recommending appropriate corrective actions and improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate telecommunications network performance and provide technical recommendations for network optimisation and infrastructure improvements.




- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and records relating to telecommunications,installations,modifications, repairs, system upgrades, commissioning and network restoration activities.
- Provide technical and engineering advice and guidance in relation to complex telecommunications network and equipment issues.
- Assess telecommunications installations and systems against applicable industry standards, technical requirements and NBN quality standards, and contribute to quality assurance activities.
- Contribute to quality assurance activities and identify technical risks associated with telecommunications infrastructure and network implementation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and relevant stakeholders in relation to telecommunications infrastructure, equipment, testing, commissioning and technical issues.
- Contribute to telecommunications project planning, implementation, system upgrades and infrastructure enhancement activities.
- Develop strategies for resolving complex network issues and restoring telecommunications services while minimising service disruption and improving network performance.
