What You'll Do
/n /n
- Maintain and build a high performing sales pipeline with reputable clients. /n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the industry. /n
- Prepare tenders, labour hire proposals and project-based solutions. /n
- Facilitate recruitment activities, and reverse marketing, of blue-collars and white-collars employees. /n
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities. /n




- Conduct candidate and client care activities and safety activities. /n /n What You''ll Bring: /n To be successful in this role, you'll need: /n /n
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in account management (or similar capacity) /n
- Experience in the mining industry is highly regarded /n
- Proven success in winning & growing accounts within mining (or similar) industry. /n
- Ability to develop proposals and commercial agreements. /n
- Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills. /n
