We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Carpet Court team.

Carpet Court specialises in a wide range of flooring and window covering solutions, including carpets, hybrid flooring, vinyl planks, laminate, timber flooring, carpet tiles, blinds and curtains.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable flooring and window covering products to meet their needs and budgets.
- Provide professional product advice and recommendations.
- Conduct on-site measurements for flooring and window covering projects.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers.
- Manage customer enquiries, sales and orders from initial consultation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with installers, suppliers and internal team members.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.

About You

- Previous experience in sales, retail or the flooring industry will be highly regarded.




- Candidates with a genuine interest in starting a career in the flooring industry are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when taking measurements and preparing quotations.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using email and other office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer properties for site measurements.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
