URGENT START | Ongoing Weekend Shifts | Inactive Overnight / Sleepover

We are seeking a reliable, experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to support a male participant in his home in Bindoon, WA 6502.

We are looking for someone who is patient, proactive and confident providing personal care, household assistance and overnight support.

Shift Details

- Location: Bindoon, WA 6502
- Ongoing shifts: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Additional shifts: Monday to Thursday next week
- Hours: 4:30 pm – 6:00 am (following morning)
- Shift type: Inactive overnight / sleepover
- Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care, hygiene and daily routines
- Provide domestic assistance, laundry and household cleaning
- Help prepare shopping lists and organise household needs
- Encourage independence and healthy daily routines
- Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
- Follow the participant's care instructions and family guidance
- Build a positive and supportive relationship with the participant

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in disability support, personal care or overnight support
- Patient, mature and reliable approach
- Strong communication skills and explicit spoken English
- Friendly, engaging and respectful personality
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
- Availability for regular weekend overnight shifts
