We're a small, family-owned support business in Geelong. We help NDIS participants and older people living at home. We're growing and need a few valuable people to join us.

This isn't a job for anyone chasing a quick buck. If that's you, no hard feelings.

Maybe you're the neighbour who fixes things, or the friend people call when life goes wrong. If so, keep reading.

Why we exist

Most of our clients came to us after another provider let them down: late shifts, workers who didn't care, nobody listening. They deserve better, so we're building culture first and the company second.

What you'll actually do

- Take clients out into the community: shopping, appointments, a coffee, a walk by the water
- Help around the home: cleaning, cooking, laundry, keeping life running
- Help older clients stay safe at home and keep their independence
- Turn up, be present, and be someone they look forward to seeing

What we care about

- Honesty. Say what's true, even when it's awkward.
- Transparency. Nothing hidden, from clients or from us.
- Being genuine. Be yourself. People can tell when you're faking it.
- Respect. For clients, their homes, their families and each other.
- Boundaries. Caring for others means caring for yourself too. We'll back you on that.




- A heart for people who need it most. We can't teach that.

You don't need a perfect resume

Who you are matters more than what's on paper. New to support work? We'll teach you. We need someone kind and reliable who's keen to learn.

What you need

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or apply for one before you start)
- Working With Children Check (or apply for one before you start)
- Full driver's licence and your own reliable car
- An ABN (or apply for one before you start)

How it works

- First 3 months: you work with us as a subcontractor on your ABN. We get to know each other.
- After that: if it feels right on both sides, you move into a full-time role with us.

What you get

- $35 to $50 per hour, based on experience and the work
