Fiveight Venues is a collection of hospitality destinations across Perth, including Copia, Cooee and Indigo Oscar, each designed to celebrate place, people and experience. Indigo Oscar is a vibrant beachfront restaurant and bar in the iconic Indiana building in Cottesloe. Overlooking the Indian ocean, the venue brings together bold, Latin American-inspired flavours, seasonal coastal produce and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role

We're seeking passionate culinary professionals to join our kitchen team, with opportunities available for both Commis Chefs and Chefs de Partie. Working alongside our talented kitchen team, you'll help deliver high-quality food and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're an emerging chef looking to build your skills or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take ownership of your section, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a supportive and passionate team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
- Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Support daily kitchen operations and service periods.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements.




- Assist with stock rotation, storage and kitchen organisation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- For Chef de Partie candidates, lead your section and support the development of junior team members.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen setting.
- Passion for food, hospitality and continuous learning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team-first approach.
- For Chef de Partie candidates, experience managing a section and mentoring junior chefs.

Eligibility

- Applicants must have unlimited Australian working rights.
- Hold a valid Food Handling Certificate (Essential)
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
