Job description

Customer service/Pizza Maker/All Rounder responsibilities:

- Preparing a variety of pizzas and other food items.
- Preparing ACAI with machine and present nicely with toppings.
- Having RSA is an additional advantage.
- Hygiene and food safety.
- General cleaning duties.
- Opening and Closing tasks.
- Interest in creating social media content or being a part of it for the store's promotion. (TIK-TOK, INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK)
- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, assisting them with their orders and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Additional responsibilities

- Meet & greet customers on the phone and in person.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Dealing with customer concerns
- Processing payments: cash and EFTPOS.
- Back of House Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back-of-house area, including food preparation spaces and equipment, to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Front of House Cleaning:



Keep the front of house tidy and welcoming, including dining areas and service counters, to create an inviting environment for customers.
