We're looking for an experienced, motivated and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team on a casual basis, with the opportunity for full-time hours for the right candidate.

With a five-day working week and every Sunday and Monday off, this is a great opportunity to enjoy a rewarding kitchen role without sacrificing your time outside of work.

About the Role
Working alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Maintaining excellent food presentation and portion control.
- Assisting with daily preparation and kitchen organisation.
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Working efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
- Contributing to menu preparation and kitchen operations.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service.

About You
We're looking for someone who:





- Has previous experience as a chef in a professional kitchen.
- Has strong cooking skills and a sound understanding of kitchen operations.
- Takes pride in food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Has excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Is reliable, hardworking and maintains a positive attitude.
- Can remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant qualifications and food safety knowledge are highly regarded.
