The successful applicant will be responsible for the leadership, development, coordination, and delivery of a comprehensive Outdoor Education program that supports the College’s mission of developing well-rounded young people of character, faith, and service. The role oversees camps, outdoor pursuits, adventure-based learning experiences, and associated risk management processes while promoting student engagement and wellbeing.

You will bring a genuine enthusiasm for the outdoors and an ability to create engaging learning opportunities that challenge students to step beyond their comfort zones, develop confidence, and build lifelong skills.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Outdoor Education staff, supporting a collaborative and professional team culture.

- Manage program resources, budgets, and outdoor equipment to ensure productive, secure, and sustainable operations.

- Attend and lead camps,

expeditions, and outdoor activities, including overnight programs, as required.

- Support the integration of Outdoor Education experiences across the broader College curriculum and community.
