You know the moment. The pause, the furrowed brow, the flicker, and then a student's whole face lights up.

If that moment is why you teach, this role was built for you.

We're hiring tutors who don't just deliver a curriculum. We want people who make ideas click for real students, in real sessions, with support shaped around each learner.

Why tutors choose us

- See your impact immediately. In 1:1 and small-group sessions, you watch progress happen in front of you, not in a report months later.
- Own your schedule. Mornings, evenings or weekends: you decide when you teach.
- Be paid what you're worth. Competitive rates that reflect your expertise.
- Keep growing. Free career development and mentoring from experienced tutors.
- Teach the subjects you love. Spend your time on the teaching itself, with materials already prepared.

Who we're looking for

- Certified or deeply expert in your subject
- Skilled at turning complex ideas into clear "aha" moments
- Quick to read a student's needs and adapt mid-session

- Genuinely invested in every learner's progress, and proud of every win

Where we need you most

- Core Academics: Mathematics, English (our top priority), Sciences
- Test Preparation: HSC, ATAR, NAPLAN, scholarship exams
- Specialist Areas: Languages, Music and more

"Few things match the reward of watching a hesitant student find confidence and realise just how capable they truly are." — Sarah M., Senior Tutor

What's in it for you

- A schedule that fits your life
- Ongoing training and skill-building
- Performance bonuses when you go above and beyond
- All teaching materials provided, so your focus stays on the student

Ready to help students break through, one "aha" at a time? Apply today. We'd love to hear from you.

Tutoring compensation will be discussed after a successful interview.

Pay: $26.44 – $66.41 per hour
