Expert Granny Flats is looking for an experienced, results-driven sales skilled to help turn a strong flow of enquiries into signed projects.

With a full-size display showroom in Maidstone and a focus on quality, traditionally built granny flats, we offer a product you can confidently stand behind.

If you have a proven sales track record, thrive on the phone and know how to guide customers through a major purchase, we want to hear from you.

The opportunity:

Take ownership of the sales journey—from the first call and showroom walkthrough through to follow-up, commitment and handover to our project team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Calling new enquiries promptly and qualifying potential customers.

- Cold calling, reactivating older leads and generating opportunities.

- Booking and conducting showroom walkthroughs.

- Following up customers through calls, messages and appointments.

- Explaining our designs, inclusions and building process clearly.

- Handling objections, building trust and asking for the sale.

- Keeping accurate CRM records and maintaining an organised pipeline.

- Working towards agreed sales targets.





Who we’re looking for

- A proven closer who can demonstrate previous sales results.

- Confident phone skills and a proactive approach to prospecting.

- Consistent follow-up habits—you keep opportunities moving.

- Professional presentation and strong relationship-building skills.

- The ability to sell on quality, value and customer confidence.

- Experience in new homes, property, construction, renovations or other high-value sales is highly regarded.
