Role Description The Client Engagement Specialist, is a part/full time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. This position focuses on engaging and supporting Mandarin-speaking clients, responding to inquiries, and guiding them through TMGM’s trading platform and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client communications via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on queries. The specialist will help clients on account features and trading tools, monitor client feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and service processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, adhering to compliance guidelines,



and contributing to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, both written and verbal.
- Proven focus on customer service and customer satisfaction in a client-facing environment.
- Experience enhancing customer experience, with a client-centric approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work on-site in Sydney, NSW, and manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM and Excel worksheet.
- Relevant education in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $138,000.00 per year
