Located within Manly Pacific, Cibaria brings together breakfast, lunch, pastries, coffee, gelato and takeaway in a vibrant dining destination. We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Casual Café Chef who loves the energy of a busy service and takes pride in every plate.

From the first breakfast orders to a lively lunch service, you’ll help deliver fresh, beautifully presented food that keeps our guests coming back.

Working across our café and casual dining operations, you’ll bring organisation, creativity and consistency to the kitchen. This is a hands-on opportunity to sharpen your skills, learn from experienced chefs and contribute your ideas within the wider Maestro Hospitality family.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in a busy café, breakfast, brunch or fast-paced kitchen
- A passion for fresh ingredients, excellent flavour and quality presentation
- The ability to deliver consistent dishes with speed and attention to detail
- Strong organisation, clear communication and a positive team attitude
- Pride in a clean,



organised kitchen and high food safety standards
- Availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays
