- Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, helpful service.
- Assisting customers with their orders and answering questions.
- Operating the cash register and processing customer payments accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the shop, including counters, machines, tables, and floors.
- Restocking toppings, cups, utensils, and other supplies as needed.
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties and helping create an enjoyable experience for every customer.
