Fathom Brewing is seeking a reliable and capable part time cook to join our team. The successful applicant will assist with the preparation and cooking of food, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently in a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilites

- Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent standard.
- Assist with food preparation and portion control.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requiments.
- Store, label and rotate food items correctly.
- Follow recipes, kitchen procedures and instructions from management.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as required.

Skills and Experience





- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or simmilar role prefered.
- Knowledge of food safety and food safe handling practices.
- Ability to work efficently in a busy workplace.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Flexible availibility, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.

Employment Conditions

The position will be offered on a part time basis with rotating hours and roster.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
