Our Freshwater Cafe, is opening a Wine bar offering. We are on the hunt for a manager to lead this team.

We have hired a Fine dining trained chef to lead the kitchen team and deliver on a high standard of food and service. We are after a keen and passionate hospitality individual to showcase this to the customers.

The days will Thurs - Sun Nights

Experience Managing similar venues or other management experience is essential.

Wine and Bar Knowledge also a bonus

The role includes, ordering, staff management and training, performance KPIs relating to labour, quality control and Customor retention rate. Overseeing of the FOH and customer service is a top priority for this role.
Being able to work under pressure and handle a rapid paced environment is important

The role is Part time 30 - 35 hours with additional hours being offered for our cafe if required.

Tips are an added bonus to this role.

Strong english language skills are essential as there will be a lot of customer facing communication.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
