A cafe in Narre Warren North is seeking an experienced Hospitality All-Rounder to join our young and energetic team. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our venue.

You must have:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or cafe environment (essential).
- A passion for outstanding food, coffee and customer service.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
- Ideally, previous experience making coffee and confidence operating a commercial coffee machine.

The successful candidate must:





- Be confident across all aspects of hospitality, including taking orders, running food, clearing tables and assisting with general floor operations.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- Have a positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Have full working rights in Australia.
