About the role

As a Pastry Chef at 6HEAD Sydney, you’ll play an important role in delivering a refined dining experience through beautifully executed desserts. Working across the pastry section, you’ll assist in preparing, plating, and presenting high-quality desserts with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment where teamwork, organisation, and pride in presentation are highly valued.

What we’re looking for:

- 1+ years’ experience in a pastry, dessert, or kitchen role




- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Patisserie preferred
- Strong understanding of pastry techniques and dessert preparation
- High attention to detail and consistency in presentation
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for hospitality and eagerness to learn and grow
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster
