- Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be incredibly thorough with bookings and communication, professionally mannered and well groomed. The ideal candidate will preferably have had experience in a cosmetic or medical clinic, or have experience working as a receptionist in a similar field, although this is not essential. A knowledge and interest in the industry is advantageous. Skills & Experience To be successful, you must have the following:
- At least 5 years in a retail or customer service/admin role
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent client service skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations
- Cheerful, warm and welcoming
- A professional, welcoming character and presentation
- High attention to detail




- Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to build ongoing rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Calmness under pressure and a helpful, supportive nature towards staff and clients
- Be driven and have a positive attitude
- Medical practice software and Medicare experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to continue learning, partake in training and grow with our company On Offer
