We should talk. At Pearsons Services, our people support people across Supported Independent Living (SIL), Clinics, Community Mentoring and more. Our HR function needs to be as caring as it is compliant, and we're looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can bring both together without breaking a sweat (or at least without anyone noticing). Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting our people, guiding leaders and ensuring our HR practices are fair, consistent and compliant. ##

About the role
This is a permanent part-time opportunity for an experienced HR professional who understands the complexities of the disability and community services sector. You'll provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees, helping navigate workplace matters with confidence, fairness and empathy. Your responsibilities will include:
- SCHADS Award interpretation:



Applying the Award in practice, including classifications, pay points, penalties, overtime, allowances and broken shifts.
- Workplace investigations: Managing formal and informal investigations, gathering evidence, conducting interviews, documenting findings and supporting fair outcomes.
- Performance management: Guiding managers through performance concerns, from early intervention and constructive conversations to formal performance improvement processes.
- Worker screening compliance: Monitoring NDIS Worker Screening Checks and Working with Children Checks, tracking renewals and maintaining accurate compliance records.
- Employee relations: Providing clear, practical advice on workplace issues, policies, procedures and employment matters.
