About the role
Vito's is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven section waiters to join our team. We've built a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant where outstanding food, drinks and genuine hospitality come together. We're looking for people who love being on the floor, work well as part of a team and understand that the small details make a big difference.

Key responsibilities

- Own your section, guide guests through the menu, confidently talk food and drinks, and deliver warm, attentive service (Waiters)
- Be the connection between the kitchen and the floor — delivering dishes quickly, knowing the menu, communicating with chefs and servers, and keeping service moving (Runners) About you
- 2 years experience as a section waiter in premium dining
- Confident, positive and comfortable in a busy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Genuine interest in food, wine and hospitality
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Available nights and weekends
- Current NSW RSA for Server positions
