About the role
As Bay Ten continues to grow, we're expanding our kitchen team to support our existing breakfast and lunch trade, alongside the introduction of evening service. This is an opportunity to be involved in developing our food offering, building a new service and helping establish Bay Ten as more than just a daytime café.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and delivering quality breakfast, lunch and evening service
- Executing dishes with consistency, attention to detail and great presentation
- Contributing ideas to seasonal menus, specials and new food concepts
- Managing preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Supporting stock control, portion management and minimising food waste
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team
- Helping build a positive, energetic and accountable kitchen culture About you




- Previous experience working in a skilled kitchen
- Confidence across busy service periods
- Experience with breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service
- A strong understanding of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to get involved
- Flexibility and availability to work across a rotational roster, including evenings and weekends
