Help our members train with peace of mind. As our Creche Supervisor, you'll look after members' children in a secure, fun and caring environment. When there are no children to look after, you'll be right at the front desk helping run reception.
What You'll Do
Your first priority is the creche. Your second is reception.
● Supervise and care for members' children in our creche, keeping them safe, happy and engaged
● Manage advance creche bookings and register children in and out
● Keep the creche clean, safe and set up with age-appropriate activities
● Communicate warmly and clearly with parents and carers
Reception duties (when no children are booked in, you'll work from the reception desk):
● Welcome and set up members as they walk through the door
● Handle all general tasks on our CRM
● Process payments and sales through our POS
● Keep the reception desk clean, tidy and presentable
● Help create social media content for the gym
What We're Looking For
● Current NSW Working With Children Check
● Current First Aid and CPR (including child and infant)
● Experience caring for children, such as childcare, nannying, education or youth work
● Patient, caring, responsible and reliable
● Professional and presentable at all times
● Comfortable with CRMs and POS systems, or quick to learn
● Friendly, confident communicator with members and parents
